A new Color!

I have exciting news! 

I have found a new color that I really like!

It is another blue, maybe more accurately called a teal. 

It is a Sherwin Williams color called Cloudburst.

If Halycon Green isn't blue enough for you then Cloudburst is a good substitute.

I painted two tables in this color.

Here is the first one.

Isn't it a fun color?!

Then I did this table.


Now with Cloudburst.





Got another white knob from Hobby Lobby.




Let's see the difference to Halycon Green.





The finials are Halycon green.

I always thought that HG looked so blue until I compaired it with Cloudburst.




Still wouldn't necessarily call it green.

But that is just my opinion.

    Oh sooo pretty! I have the same small plant stand and it's cracked in the same place. Can't decide if I want to paint it or not. After seeing yours, I'm leaning more towards painting it!

    Love Cloudburst! Thanks so much for introducing me to a new color! I have been in a bit of a rut with Krylon's colors--will definitely need to check out Sherwin Williams! Also love the knob--I am a bit obsessed with Hobby Lobby's knob and pull isle! 50% off this week! :)

    gorgeous color! I am not much of a blue person, but these 2 colors might just convince me to change my mind! love both the tables! Actually, I'm jealous that you have those tables and I don't!     Loved catching up on your blog and reading about how you started your furniture business and home projects. I LOVE Cloudburst and how it turned out on your little end table. Such a beautiful blue! I think I am going to start a segment on paint colors for furniture and would love to feature your color.

    Where did you purchase that paint. I just went to my local sherwin Williams store and they acted like I was crazy, they carried very fee spraypaint colors... I'm sad because I'm ready to paint a little table this color and can't find it anywhere!
